Our ReStore only accepts gently used and new (in packaging) donations to ensure the integrity of our inventory and bring you the best quality merchandise for the interior and exterior of your home.

Purchased/Sold Item Policy

The ReStore can store larger purchased items so the customer can make transportation and loading arrangements for their purchase. Please keep in mind that ReStore has limited space to store an item.

Here are some things to know about purchased/sold item holds…

  • Must be paid in full.

  • Will be stored for only 3 days.

  • Must have a purchased/sold form attached to each item purchased with a copy of the receipt with customer information and initials.

  • The ReStore is not responsible for damage that may occur while items are on hold for pickup.

  • The ReStore will make every attempt to contact the customer after the 3rd day, however, the ReStore reserves the right to resell the item if it remains on the premises after 3 days.
