Volunteers

St. Vrain Habitat is blessed with people who are willing to donate their time and talents to help others realize the dream of affordable homeownership. Volunteers provide the β€œbackbone” of our work.

In-Kind Services

Some individuals and companies provide in-kind goods or professional services. Pro-bono labor and donated construction materials allow Habitat to build more homes in a shorter amount of time and reduce construction costs.

Mortgage Payments

Habitat homeowners pay an affordable home mortgage, which in turn, helps us finance the building of more homes. 52% of our funding in a given year comes from Habitat homeowner mortgages.

Donations

St. Vrain Habitat is proud to partner with local corporations, faith organizations, foundations, and generous individuals and families. None of our work is possible without our community’s financial support.
