In honor of our 35th Anniversary, St. Vrain Habitat invites you to participate in a special monthly Giving Campaign. By partnering with Habitat, families are able to achieve strength, stability, and self-reliance. These families complete over 250-500 hours of sweat equity and attend educational courses prior to moving into their new home. They pay an affordable mortgage that is never more than 30% of their income.
