Application Steps Interested applicants must complete all steps on the how-to-apply page. Note that households with more than one applicant (for example, a two-parent family) must have EACH applicant watch the orientation video and complete the quiz. The application process is your first opportunity to demonstrate a willingness to partner, so please help make it as smooth as possible by completing the steps and collecting all necessary documentation. Application documents can be dropped off in our office, 303 Atwood St., Longmont, CO 80501, starting on Monday, March 17, at 9 AM. Early and late applications will not be accepted.
