Location.
The project site is located on the 1700 block of Raven Ave. It is behind the Rocky Mountain Hotel between Lone Pine Dr. and Dry Gulch Rd.
Layout.
Here is a sample floorplan. The project will consist of 5 homes to be completed by summer of 2028. They will be 3-4 bedroom single family homes.
