St. Vrain Habitat for Humanity is thrilled to introduce East Rogers Road Community, a new neighborhood of affordable homes in beautiful Longmont, Colorado. Located in the heart of the Rockies, this development will offer five thoughtfully designed single-family homes, providing hard-working families the opportunity to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.

East Roges Road Community will feature three- and four-bedroom homes, each with two bathrooms and modern, functional layouts to meet the needs of growing families. These single-family homes will be nestled in a quiet residential area and are designed with community, comfort, and sustainability in mind.

The East Rogers Road build site is located The project site is located off of Martin St (South of E Third Ave).  It is near the Longmont Recycle Center and right down the road from the Habitat for Humanity offices. Residents will enjoy convenient access to local amenities while being surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of Longmont, Colorad.

Construction on East Rogers Road Community is underway, with all five homes scheduled for completion by summer 2028.
