St. Vrain Habitat for Humanity is thrilled to introduce Raven Community, a new neighborhood of affordable homes in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado. Located in the heart of the Rockies, this development will offer five thoughtfully designed single-family homes, providing hard-working families the opportunity to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.

Raven Community will feature three- and four-bedroom homes, each with two bathrooms and modern, functional layouts to meet the needs of growing families. These single-family homes will be nestled in a quiet residential area and are designed with community, comfort, and sustainability in mind.

The Raven build site is located on the 1700 block of Raven Avenue, tucked behind the Rocky Mountain Hotel and bordered by Lone Pine Drive and Dry Gulch Road. Residents will enjoy convenient access to local amenities while being surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of Estes Park.

Construction on Raven Community is underway, with all five homes scheduled for completion by summer 2028.
