A planned gift — most often a bequest included in your will or living trust — lets you extend your partnership with Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley long into the future, creating an impact that outlasts any single home we build together.

Planned gifts make it possible to leave a larger contribution than many donors imagine possible — and may also provide estate tax benefits depending on the size of your estate. There is no upper limit on the charitable estate tax deduction for qualifying bequests.
